Fabuloso Meatballs

Ingredienti: 

  • 1 lb ground meat (I like mine ¾ 75% & ¼ 85-90%)
  • 2 eggs—unbeaten
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup breadcrumbs—Italian seasoned
  • ¼ bunch Italian parsley—-chopped fine
  • 3 cloves garlic—chopped fine
  • ¼ cup grated cheese —Parmigiano or Romano
  • ¼ cup milk

Istruzione

  1. Mix all with hands — do not over mix or use mixer
  2. Shape with a large ice scream scooper
  3. Bake in a baking sheet at 375 for 20-30 minutes
  4. Remove balls from excess liquid and
  5. Drop into sauce for final cooking (approx. 30 min)

Attenzione:
This recipe can be doubled. I use 5 lbs meat at a time.
